Abstract


Based on the data, there are costumer complaints about product and quality that provided by KFC Jatiasih Bekasi Country. So, this research as aimed to see how condition of costumer satisfaction in KFC Jatiasih Bekasi Country. The population on this study is KFC Jatiasih Bekasi City customers. The sample used was 75 respondents with purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analisys. The result show that variables of product quality and service quality have an effect on costumer satisfaction.
