Abstract
Abstract - This research is motivated of a problem in the implementation of accounting information systems division at PT.XYZ employee claims that resulted in the payment of claims of employees hampered operations and making monthly reports late so in accordance with a predetermined schedule. This research uses a qualitative research method with ethnometodology approaches. For collected the data, this research uses a interview, observation, and documentation. The findings indicate that the cause of delay in the payment of claims and report each month is a problem in the system that are not terinterface Mobile xpense to the SAP system as well as the cause of delay in processing a claim is because there are employees who do not understand and adhere to standard operating procedures applied in PT. XYZ.
