Abstract
The concept of marketing aims to produce products that meet the needs and desires of buyers and not the wishes of the company, all marketing activities carried out by hospitals to produce competitive advantages that follow the cycle, all activities must be directed to create superior value for customers.
The research design used in this study is research using qualitative methods by analyzing primary and secondary data and involving most decision makers and stakeholders to identify aspects of marketing plans.
The strategy that must be implemented is to support aggressive growth policies, namely: market penetration strategies, market development, and product development.
